One of the most important living things in the world are plants, it could either grow in water or inland with different types of species or characteristics and it survives almost anywhere. A plant could only grow in a certain place since it is embedded or rooted in the ground, unlike animals that can move freely from place to place.Gardens, parks, or even in every home uses plants for decoration however in some cases owners do not have the time to maintain it. There are thousands of different species of plants living around us but there are 2 major groups to consider which are the flowering plants and the non-flowering plants. The article will further explain the difference between the two major groups of plants. Flowering plants have a higher percentage of its kind, it is said to be found in the most part of the world. It could also give shade during hot summer days and beneficial with the prevention of landslides and other natural calamities since trees help to lessen the water flow by absorbing it through its roots.Examples of the following are:1. Shrubs are aloe vera, field maple, mountain laurel, azaleas and many more.A non-flowering plant includes mosses and ferns that do not produce seeds and flowers but it could be reproduced using spores a speck of dust like particles which are blown by the wind or water, once scattered tiny pores will grow into mosses and ferns that needs moisture. Some example is curly grass ferns, seaweeds, and common moss. This type of plant is more interesting than how it look. It is more complicated than how it looks with its wide range of species that looks somehow the same.
